Description

A festive and creamy no-bake cheesecake with vibrant red and green swirls, perfect for Christmas celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreo without filling or chocolate graham crumbs)
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Red gel food coloring
  • Green gel food coloring
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Crushed peppermints or holiday sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Make the Chocolate Crust: Mix chocolate crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla; beat again until creamy. Whip the heavy cream separately to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture to keep it airy.
  3. Create the Christmas Swirl Colors: Divide the filling into three bowls: Keep one bowl plain white, tint one bowl red, and tint one bowl green using gel coloring to keep the colors vibrant without thinning the mixture.
  4. Swirl & Layer: Add spoonfuls of each color randomly over the chilled crust. Alternate blobs of white, red, and green to create a marbled effect. Use a skewer or thin knife to gently swirl through the layers (do not over-mix or colors will blend).
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Once set, release from the springform pan.
  6. Decorate: Pipe whipped cream around the edges. Sprinkle generously with crushed peppermints or Christmas sprinkles. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping.
  • Allow the cheesecake to set overnight for optimal texture.
