- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes (or peppermint candies)
- Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese for richer flavor
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk for about 1 minute until slightly thickened. Add vanilla.
- In a second bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. If using Cool Whip, skip this step. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
- Stir in mini marshmallows, crushed Oreos, and crushed candy canes. Fold gently — don’t over-mix.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend and texture become fluffy.
