Description

A delicious and hearty Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread filled with creamy chicken, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, perfect for a snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • Extra bacon crumbles & parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread lengthwise down the center, creating a hollow “boat.”
  3. Scoop out some of the inside to make room for filling.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, bacon, ranch, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread filling evenly into the hollowed bread loaf.
  6. Sprinkle extra mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon crumbles on top.
  7. Place stuffed bread on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush the outer crust with melted butter and parsley.
  9. Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Slice into thick pieces and serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.
