- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 large loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh chopped)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- Extra bacon crumbles & parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread lengthwise down the center, creating a hollow “boat.”
- Scoop out some of the inside to make room for filling.
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, bacon, ranch, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread filling evenly into the hollowed bread loaf.
- Sprinkle extra mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon crumbles on top.
- Place stuffed bread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the outer crust with melted butter and parsley.
- Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Slice into thick pieces and serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.

- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
