Cheesy Pasta Pizza Skewers are a delicious and fun twist on traditional pizza, combining pasta and pizza flavors into easy-to-eat skewers.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) rotini or fusilli pasta (cooked al dente)
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–15 slices pepperoni
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup canned corn (optional, for topping)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- 6 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Boil pasta until just al dente (slightly firm).
- Drain and toss with ½ cup marinara sauce to coat. Let cool slightly.
- Thread pasta spirals onto wooden skewers (press gently so they hold).
- Place skewers on a greased or lined baking sheet.
- Spoon a little extra marinara over skewers.
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
- Add pepperoni slices, olives, and corn.
- Finish with Parmesan.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake skewers for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preferences.
- These skewers can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni.
