Description

Cheesy Pasta Pizza Skewers are a delicious and fun twist on traditional pizza, combining pasta and pizza flavors into easy-to-eat skewers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) rotini or fusilli pasta (cooked al dente)
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1215 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup canned corn (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • 6 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until just al dente (slightly firm).
  2. Drain and toss with ½ cup marinara sauce to coat. Let cool slightly.
  3. Thread pasta spirals onto wooden skewers (press gently so they hold).
  4. Place skewers on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  5. Spoon a little extra marinara over skewers.
  6. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella.
  7. Add pepperoni slices, olives, and corn.
  8. Finish with Parmesan.
  9. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  10. Bake skewers for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  12. Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce on the side.
