Delicious Cheesy Meatball Sheet Pan Pizza Squares that are easy to make and perfect for a crowd.
Ingredients

- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups pizza or marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 12–15 cooked Italian meatballs (homemade or frozen, thawed)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch sheet pan.
- Punch down dough and press it evenly into the pan. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Place meatballs evenly across the pizza in a grid pattern.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.
Notes
- For a quicker option, use store-bought pizza dough.
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
