Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish (or a hollowed pumpkin bowl for a fall touch).
- Warm the caramel slightly if thick, then pour it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Gently spread to cover completely.
- Sprinkle crushed toffee bits, cookie crumbs, and a pinch of sea salt over the top.
