Description
Soft, chewy, boozy gummies infused with Fireball cinnamon whiskey and coated in a frosty sparkling candy cane sugar. They’re sweet, spicy, festive, and ridiculously easy — holiday party perfection.

- 2 cups Fireball cinnamon whiskey
- ½ cup cold water
- 4 envelopes (1 oz / 28g total) unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 4–6 mini candy canes, crushed to fine sugar-like dust
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, pour in cold water. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the top — do not stir. Let sit 5 minutes to bloom (soft and wrinkly).
- Turn heat to low. Add sugar and whisk gently until everything dissolves and becomes smooth. (Do not boil — boiling kills the bouncy texture.)
- Remove pan from heat. Let cool 1 minute. Stir in Fireball + vanilla.
- Pour into silicone gummy molds or a small parchment-lined dish to cut into cubes later. Chill at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Crush mini candy canes + mix with granulated sugar. Pop gummies from molds and toss lightly in the cinnamon candy cane sugar.
Notes
- Ensure the gelatin is fully bloomed for the best texture.
- Do not boil the mixture to maintain the chewy consistency.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of candy cane sugar coating to your taste.
