Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a delicious combination of tender chicken, melty cheese, and zesty ranch dressing, all nestled in soft Hawaiian sweet rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast (warmed)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot Regular buffalo sauce)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and all but a teaspoon of the dry ranch dressing mix in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Using a bread knife, slice the entire roll in half horizontally; do not separate them individually.
  4. Lay the bottom half with the cut-side facing up into a casserole dish or on a baking sheet (you can lightly grease the pan if you like with cooking spray).
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half.
  6. Next, spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.
  7. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and carefully place the tops of the rolls on top.
  8. Brush the butter on the roll tops and sprinkle with the remaining dry ranch mix.
  9. Place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops are brown and the cheese has melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice into 12 sliders, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • These sliders are perfect for game day or any gathering!
