Description

Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer filled with shredded chicken, cream cheese, and Buffalo sauce, all wrapped in biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (810 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and mozzarella until fully combined.
  4. Flatten each piece of biscuit or pizza dough into a circle.
  5. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the filling into the center.
  6. Pinch the edges together to seal and form a ball, placing seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Brush each dough ball with melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese over the tops.
  9. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Buffalo sauce to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
