- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat Broiler: Set oven to broil on high. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange oysters on the half shell.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs (if using), parsley, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Top the Oysters: Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto each oyster.
- Broil Until Golden: Place baking sheet under broiler for 3–5 minutes, until butter is melted and topping is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with extra parsley or chives. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
