Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the cake pans.

- Add the eggs, buttermilk, hot coffee, canola oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

- For the filling, mix the granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Layer the mixture between the cake layers once cooled.
