- 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped into soft peaks) or 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 20–24 Biscoff cookies (whole & crushed)
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Crushed Biscoff cookies, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until thickened.
- Gently fold in whipped cream (or topping) to make it extra fluffy.
- In individual cups (or a trifle dish), start with a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Add pudding mixture, then banana slices.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until cups are full.
- Finish with whipped cream, whole or halved Biscoff cookies, and extra caramel drizzle.
- Sprinkle with crushed cookies for a crunchy garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
