Description

Mini sandwich melts made with buttery crackers, savory ham, gooey Swiss cheese, and a tangy poppy seed glaze — the ultimate bite-sized comfort snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 round buttery crackers (like Ritz)
  • 10 slices deli ham (cut into quarters)
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese (cut into quarters)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Assemble: Place half of the crackers in the dish. Layer with ham, then Swiss cheese, and top with another cracker.
  3. Make Glaze: Mix melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, honey (if using), and poppy seeds. Brush generously over the tops of the cracker sandwiches.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crackers are lightly golden.
  5. Serve Warm: Best enjoyed right out of the oven for gooey, melty perfection!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of garlic powder to the glaze.
  • These melts can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
