Baconnaise Sauce is a creamy and flavorful condiment that combines the richness of mayonnaise with the savory taste of bacon.

- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (Kewpie or regular)
- 1–2 tbsp bacon drippings (from cooking the bacon)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Optional: pinch of black pepper or smoked paprika for extra flavor
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Remove bacon and place on paper towels to drain.
- Reserve 1–2 tablespoons of the rendered bacon drippings.
- Once cooled, chop the bacon into fine pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, bacon drippings, Dijon mustard, and chopped bacon.
- Mix until well combined.
- Add black pepper or smoked paprika if desired for an extra kick.
- Spread generously on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, or use as a dipping sauce for fries.
Notes
- For a smokier flavor, use smoked bacon.
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
