  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon (2 per breast)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream for tang)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning (or oregano/basil mix)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, mayo, garlic, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  3. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, tucking the ends underneath. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and bacon is crisp. For extra crispiness, broil the top for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
