Description

Bacon-Wrapped Cheesy Chicken Bombs are a must-try dish that combines juicy chicken, melted cheese, and crispy bacon for a deliciously satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into halves or thick strips)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes or sticks)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red & green, finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (optional, finely diced, for heat)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1012 slices of bacon
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into halves or thick strips. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a piece of cheddar cheese and some chopped peppers inside each chicken piece.
  3. Tightly wrap each chicken piece with 2 slices of bacon, seam side down. Place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp) and bacon is crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce (ranch, BBQ, or spicy aioli work great).

Notes

  • For a spicier version, include more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
  • Make sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it is fully cooked.
